Sura - Portage

This was our first and only time here. Service was good, food was not great. I ordered the bibimbob with rib tips. The rib tips were so tough that they were not edible. For the price, I would expect better quality.Food: 1/5

This is the worst place I've literally EVER eaten at. Overpriced AF. We wanted to try korean BBQ here. Along with other things. We in total ordered $160 worth of food, which shouldn't have been that much, we only ordered 4 items. Ranging from fried rice to KBBQ to noodle soup. KBBQ doesn't even come with rice you've gotta order that on the side?? Like what even.The meat tasted stale, old and disgusting. The noodle soup was unbearable. It tasted artificial, might've as well gotten some cup noodles from the store. The fried rice? No flavour.It was literally SO bad that I couldn't finish cooking half the meat, and we barely ate any of it, just paid the check and left. That's how horrible the food was.We literally just went to blaze pizza to get a pizza cause that's the only thing that was open and it was 1393732929273392% better than whatever garbage we ate here.The only positive thing was the waitress she was super nice but the cook/owners kept screaming at her face which we felt bad for. Well makes sense that they barely have any business now. Because it's awful.

My family loves Sura. We always receive great food with lovely service.Food: 5/5

Amazing food, great portions, presentation and prices. Very clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!

We had reservations for a party of 8. Were told that they were closing early and hurry up to order. Ordered a chicken dish, served without rice because they were out. Also ordered a beef platter. Dried rice and no vegetable sides. What Korean restaurant runs out of rice. We were not told ahead that they were out, just served without. Food was served person by person over 30 minutes. Will not go again.
