KFC - Portage

I was here several times and from all these times I think they forgot to give me my pop. Other than no complaints. Great food! Great service!

Supposedly two big chicken breasts... LOL and they have it with cutlery so that I eat my sides of Mac and cheese and potatoes, even they don't have napkins

The food was good, but I don't know what's going on lately with rude staff. Whoever took my order let me go, but my children wanted the chicken, so I went through with the order. I don't like to leave such reviews, but seriously, working on customer service.

Poultry I've ever seen it! Feel bad for the chickens sacrificed for this bucket. Thought I had bought it at an Uncle Ed's oil store (fried in 10w30 with 20,000 miles on it. $26.00 I basically threw into the garbage.

Wow! Witnesses of a KFC manager called LISA! refuse to deal with a deaf customer because they need to understand problems. It was painful to see. When I spoke to her on behalf of the deaf customer, she didn't come out of her office. I am not a lawyer, but there is clearly a right to discrimination. This happened at 1900 on 8-4-2022. There were 5 to 7 other customers who saw that. If a lawyer sees this review, please reach me and I will be happy to give my statement. No, you have to be treated like that. The manager knows better and should probably find another working line. I am a supervisor and I am concerned with the public and would never have treated this gentleman. SAD! Be drunk!
