Blaze Pizza - Portage

I had pizza for the first time today in my 26-year-old existence. My milk allergy has made the attempt of pizza a real challenge for me, as I was not aware of pizza cues in the city that have offered milk-free cheese. Enter Blaze Pizza, whose vegan-free cheese option recently came to my attention! I stopped with my dad tonight and built my first pizza. I mentioned the employees who put my order together that I had a milk allergy and that it was my first pizza! The staff were all very friendly, understanding and recording in my situation. In fact, a gentleman heard my story and wanted to be the one who ever made my first pizza. He said he had made 15 years of pizza, and that was the first time he was told by a customer that it was their first pizza! He was giddy to see I take my first bite! I joked to my father that I had the feeling of getting the VIP treatment, but that was basically what the wonderful people at Blaze Pizza gave me! I would like to thank them for making my first experience with pizza an unforgettable experience! They also make pretty good pizza!

What a great place to eat! Prices are affordable and the staff was amazing (especially Megan). Very clean and friendly place to go.

Excellent experience and staff to go there for the first time and was very impressed! I have gluten-free crust, and compared to many places, that was the best gluten-free crust I ever had! Pictures below that with mushrooms and sausage is the one that had the gluten-free crust. 10/10 would go back

Fantastic service and delicious pizza! The manager Jen went above and beyond to make our pizzas. We came just as they were closing and she was helpful and friendly. Will be back!!!
