Jimmy John's - Port St. Lucie

The managers of this location will call and herass you when it’s a mistake on their end with receipts. Imagine them having your number and they call you another day bout a canceled order assuming it’s today and giving me trouble with her attitude problem and gets mad cause I gave her one back. Unprofessional herassing people and ghetto. This store needs to get their act together and fire the managers. Like litterally take out the trash already.

Couple things. Why do all young kids who work in service have to have ear phones in their ears at all times making it to where they can't hear what I'm saying? Between that and the music being loud. Because of these 2 things I had to repeat my order of 2 subs 3 times because she couldn't hear it understand me.....Food: 5/5

The subs are so good, so is the service. Everybody is always smiling. And very importantly the bathrooms are always clean. All around, Jimmy John's in Port St. Lucie is a great place for a sub.Food: 5/5

Very expensive ordered two peppi meals costing 13.89 each alot of lettuce not much meat little tomato little mayo no pickle and white bread no choice of bread i think for being a walk in fast food Resturant they are over priced they are not a sit down resturant this was something like a Foot long just like Subway foot long so to me charging 13.89 for two subs with not much gutts to it was not impressed i will never walk into another Jimmy Johns again my son used to be a big Jimmy Johns i was doing this as a treat to him so when i brought this home to him he was disappointed and said to much money for all that , and the lettuce was so shredded it was falling off the sandwich your a fast food chain not a Resturant lower your prices a bit .

We have always raved about Jimmy John's, however our experience at Port St Lucie location was awful.
