Bidra med feedbackHorrible customer service! First of all the staff are kids talking loud and goofing around. The girl today said are we having a stare down. I said to her it's rude to talk about me while I'm in the restaurant. The manager sits in his office while these kids treat customers poorly. The black girl w long braids was giving me dirty looks because I asked how much a donut costs. They are not trained to handle customers positively. Today an employee shouted out I hate people. Why does she work at DD?! Get rid of these immature children and get mature employees that know how to deal w customers. I also had to repeat myself 4 times when ordering today. They never greet you or say thank u have a nice day. They are flat out rude! They wanted to charge me 1.27 for unfiltered tap water. There was debri floating in my water yesterday. They never clean the tables. They have hard wood booties. Not very comfortable like other locations. Today there was no toilet paper or paper towels. It seems no one really cares at this location. If u like attitude this is your place!
The staff literally waits for the hash browns to be burned or something because this is the second time my hash browns are burnt till they were crunchy. Literally black tar hash browns. The manager is very lenient with the staff.
Literally there 10 minutes ago and wow the you g men at the counter NOT very welcoming. He looked extremely miserable, was trying to lighten the mood and joked about him getting coffee, didn't crack a smile and very rudely said I don't like coffee. Okay relax! Gave me my change said thank you and hope your day gets better NOTHING in response. Why bother working if your going to be that awful. Where is the customer service, where is the manager? SMH hospitality is no longer available I suppose.
For the most part the service is ok. I have had on several occasions where my orders have been wrong but the worst part is to have someone toss you food because they are frustrated or have an attitude when you ask for a receipt. The staff should be required to take training from Starbucks on customer service.
The person at the window could care less about customer service and looked to be stoned. The drinks weren't mixed and the experience overall was disappointing, I left feeling sad and gloomy.
