It’s very difficult to screw up Fish and Chips, but this “restaurant” (I use the term very loosely) managed it. The fish was very soft, indicating old fish (definitely not fresh). The batter on the fish was soggy and the chips were soft and slimy, not crisp; both indications that the oil used to cook the food was not hot enough and the food wasn’t adequately drained after cooking. If you like Fish and Chips, avoid this place like the plague

Apart from being given the wrong order, the indian curry fish with coconut cream was n big failure... imagine cardomon pods with a cinnamon taste... the fish was bland and overcooked... its was a nasty experience for my mouth! My husband ordered the Eisbein and he thought it was amazing... so mixed vibes her!

2017 good food and good service! 2019 still as good food, although a bit oily. Great English pub and restaurant.

Probably the best fish and chips in town. Gentlemen take part every time. Definitely worth it
