Tim Hortons - Port Severn

Need to change procedures. Why does Tim Hortons ANYWHERE never give napkins with food orders? I have been to Tim Hortons locations throughout Ontario and it is always the same……never have I received napkins with any food order. It really is common sense that people...need napkins particularly when taking out!!! People should not always have to ask.

I've been there a couple of times, ordering a coffee and bagel. Just the standard fare. However, it lacks the atmosphere of other locations-maybe because it mainly caters to passing travelers?

Been here many tines since it opened. It never gets better. Slow and sloppy getting your order correct. Poor staff and English isn’t a language they understand. Shameful

Disorganized, inexperienced staff, long wait mins exact), and they got my order wrong. also no supervisor or manager because I asked to speak to them they point at the ceiling. They kept taking order in spite of not being able to handle existing orders.Afterward...i called supervisor she cut me off.I hope she gets fired. I called the head office to report them.

This is the slowest Tim Hortens I have ever visited the staff don't seem to be happy to be at work rarely smile and they don't have oatmeal cookies
