Oak Bay Golf & Country Club

This restaurant offers lovely views of the golf course and waterfront. The staff are friendly and helpful, although it is apparent they work under fear. The chef, Luigi, comes across as arrogant and intimidating. It is disheartening to witness young employees being intimidated by their superiors in a country with robust labor laws. My sympathy goes out to these young individuals.

We tried to eat at this restaurant. Our child has a nut allergy. Every restaurant I have gone to over the past 15 years has had no problem accommodating this. Oak Bay, however, advised they could not. This is a first for me and in a world of nut allergies absolutely surprising. People should know this before selecting this restaurant.

Excellent choice for a delicious dinner . plenty of nightly specials with soups and desserts . Can be noisy though but ask for a table on the north side or even outside on the patio .also has a good hamburger and pizza from an authentic oven

The service was excellent. We ordered the veal and the roast, both of which were delicious and generously portioned. The view of the ocean was stunning.

We had a wonderful evening at Oak Bay Golf Club last night. Tyler, our excellent server, made sure we had a great experience. The restaurant at the club is fantastic, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended - we will definitely be returning.
