T.o.p.l.e.s.s Tacos And More Llc

My husband ordered online and we drove here to pick up our order. Store signs say they are open until 3am. It was 10:45p when we arrived. Closed. Doors are locked. I called the number on the windows and doors and it says it's unavailable for messages because it hasn't been set up yet. What is this? Very irritated. And Hangry. We won't be back.

I see allot of mixed reviews on this place but don't judge based on those alone, the past few months they seem to have had allot of trouble keeping staff on board and yes they don't have ac but what they do have is the best empanadas you will ever eat anywhere in this area and the tacos are excellent, the taco salad was so big my husband could only get through half of it before he was stuffed full. This was when Josh was cooking and there was a middle aged woman who took my order. Both of them were very pleasant and you could tell they were doing their best working in the heat. Give them a break guys, their food makes up for anything else they lack and IDK who is complaining of portion sizes but they are dead wrong, y'all portion the food just right. Much love to you guys and thank you for pushing through the hard stuff and sticking around to serve us awesome late night food

I am NEVER the person to complain but the service I received from them was unbelievably horrible. Nobody said a single word to me the entire time, I tried to be friendly and say hello. Barely even registered I was there. Waited until I already paid to tell me ?we?re out of steak what do you want?, which is $5 more mind you, and didn?t even make an effort to apologize or to refund me or add anything to my order. The man in there was relatively nice but the girl who served the food was BEYOND rude and was purposefully ?mean-mugging? my girlfriend for no reason the entire time, and made sure to stare us down as we walked away. Girls will know what I am talking about. I almost do not even want to post this, because it is not Beth?s fault in any way. Worst experience I have ever had by far at any food truck or restaurant probably ever, especially considering it cost me $40 for 2 people. Will never go there again.

Paid an extra $6 for shrimp and got a sloppy note and beef tacos. Went to eat the cheesecake empanada and it was beef. Y?all need to get it together.
