Pizza Hut - Port Orchard

We had placed our order in advance, but still had to wait approximately 15 minutes upon arriving for the pizza to be prepared. The staff was friendly, but the parking lot was very busy and disorganized.

I am not reviewing the restaurant itself, but rather the customer service provided over the phone. I have placed numerous orders with their call center and each time has been a negative experience. The staff is often unable to answer the phone promptly and their English is not very clear. My orders have been incorrect on multiple occasions. Overall, I do not recommend calling to place an order.

I really enjoy hot pan pizza, especially when the server is friendly and smiles!

I ordered a pizza directly through the pizza hut website. They delivered to the wrong address. No humility when the error was brought to their attention. Very rude.

Both pizza's were burnt enough to taste the flavor of it being burnt.
