Arby's - Port Orchard

If you are looking for good service and food worth the price, I would not recommend coming to this restaurant. Upon entering the building, I saw three employees vaping and swearing near the door. Our bill for two small drinks and a 5-piece tender came out to almost $20. The worker who took our order was rude and seemed in a rush, even though there was no one behind us. We ordered a 5-piece tender, a regular peach lemonade, a small drink, and two roast beef sandwiches. However, when we received our receipt, the sandwiches were not listed. When we inquired about this, the employee became defensive and questioned if we had even mentioned the sandwiches. After some back and forth, we were charged $7 for the sandwiches, which were actually beef and cheddar, not what we had ordered. Additionally, the floors were greasy and appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and would prefer to have A&W back.

I ordered the Big Game Burger and it was fantastic! It's only available for a limited time, so I really hope they bring it back.

This place is always running out of roast beef. How does an Arby's run out of roast beef and have the audacity to remain open? This would be like Popeye's running out chicken but staying open just so they can tell people they don't have any food.

Second time in a row I have tried to eat here and they were out of food. This time it was several things including roast beef. Good food not woth the hassle. To the reply post. What a joke you are. Don't blame your employees for corporate incopatace that is a jerk move!
