Basic service and variety of Big Rooster should be improved. For several years the same product has been. Add more salads. New burgers for sale now could be more variety.

It's a good location where this is at but there needs to be maintenance work being done on the building and around the area to make it more attractive. Hence, the drive through can be really slow.

It is the only Big Rooster outlet in the Rainbow- Gerehu area. However, the food lack consistency in taste and texture which is unlike other outlets in the city. Service is also slow.
