Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I recently visited this cozy cafe on our way up the coast. Located near Maccas, KFC, and Subway (turn right at the roundabout into the new estate), this cafe provides a welcome alternative to the typical fast food options. They offer fresh produce and menu items made on the premises. I enjoyed a delicious homemade Thai pumpkin soup, while my husband had a chicken and veg toasted foccacia. The soup was generously portioned with the perfect amount of spice, and the foccacia was filled with breast meat, spinach, tomato, and finished with a tasty chilli relish. We also enjoyed a real latte and homemade lemon tartlets. Overall, we left feeling refreshed and satisfied as we continued our journey up north.
Tucked behind the service centre at the Wauchope turnoff, easy to find with clear signage an plenty of parking is a lovely little cafe with a nice aspect- such a welcome change from the usual fast food and rubbish coffee of the usual mob. Dairy free options for me as well. Good coffee and selection of cakes. Our brownie and lemon/coconut cakes were very good! Personable service and clean facilities.
This quaint little cafe is awesome! The staff & manager are always lovely and they make a mean bacon and egg roll. Highly recommend the brownies also :)
This little outdoor (undercover) cafe is a real gem. The two guys there are great, very warm and friendly. We had a lovely coffee and great bacon and egg rolls, great way to start our morning. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely keep going there.
We stopped here this morning, travelling from Coffs Harbour. Glad to make an alternative to McDonalds. It was a little cold at 10 am, however the owners had a gas heater near our outside table. I noticed that the cafe has pull down blinds for when wet or cold. Two lovely, hot coffees and an exceptionally large blueberry muffin to share! Delicious! This business is not quite 12 months old, so congratulations to the two owners! Well done!
