25-01-24 evening service and customer treatment was very poor via a staff member (female) and the manager (female). We were a table of 12 people the female staff member refused photo ID on a phone when clearly all guests were over the required age, minus the 2 children, the manager then proceeded to take some guests ID and photocopy against guests will, stating she couldn 't do the maths , then refused more than one drink at a time saying its a restaurant, we don 't order more than one at a time . Took 30mins just to receive first drink, then Took 45 mins before staff took the food orders and was only asked for another drink after we all had our meals which took another 40 mins.. to finish on a positive note the meals and sides were absolutely sensational. 10/10 well done to the kitchen staff and chefs, the other two male FOH staff they were brilliant, cleanliness was on point also.
