KFC - Port Hawkesbury

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this restaurant, especially considering how busy it was with only one employee at the register. The wait time was reasonable, and the food was as good as KFC can be. Everything was fresh and warm. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The food is excellent and the customer service is always amazing. I highly recommend dining here, especially if you enjoy affordable meals.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, and I absolutely loved the high ceiling in the dining room. The wings were incredibly large and delicious, even though we ate them in the dark!

We had stayed away from all kfc restrauant because all you could taste was grease. We decided to give this one a try and were very pleased with the service and food.

Worst KFC experience yet! Stopped here on the way to cape Breton around 1pm. Bought 2x $5 fill ups and a kid's meal. Food tasted old, chicken was dry, fries soggy, stale bread etc. plus the bathrooms were disgusting! Female bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and the toilet didn't flush. Male bathroom had no paper towel not a big deal. Told manager and left. He seemed sympathetic. I now understand why all the places around it were packed and this place had 1 other person there.
