$6 for a stoggie muffin and the gluten-free barkcake was not good for over $9 not disturbing

We sampled the homemade cinnamon doughnuts, and they were absolutely delightful! The consistency was perfect, and the sweetness was just right. Delicious!

--- Service was standard, but courteous and prompt. The meat pie and pastry were satisfactory, while the kidney and steak pie were also acceptable. They offer gluten-free options, but at a price of $9.50 compared to $5.50 for the regular ones. As someone who bakes gluten-free for my family, I found it hard to understand why the gluten-free option was 80% more expensive. I can see the $9.00 price for a scallop pie since scallops can be pricey. Overall, it's a clean and well-organized little bakery. While the pies aren't the best I've ever had, they’re certainly not the worst, either. Just watch out for the cheeky little sparrows!

I visited this bakery again after my last experience, where I enjoyed a delicious hot torte. Unfortunately, this time it was cold and dense, and I found it really unappetizing. The place was quite busy, but I wish they had mentioned that the cakes were cold; I would have chosen something else.
