Kfc Traduna Mall - Port Elizabeth

I enjoyed being in the restaurant. it's fast. You're not in a lot of chess. the area is beautifully decorated and the staff is also beautiful. the restaurant is small, however, and is usually overcrowded, which leads to customers who are not able to feed.

This is a nice restaurant at the centre of the city, it is very clean, and some of workers are very friendly and give fast service but some are just something else, well you can either dine in or order a takeaway, there's a very nice clean little space for dining in, and about takeaway, you can either order in store or online, and there is no delivery on kfc website. Guess that's all I can say.

I couldn't wait long as I was rushing to catch a bus n decided to go n order a pizza from home . Otherwise their service is always excellent to me , can't complain.

Worst delivery service,I waited for my food for almost 2 hours, the driver was standing in the same place for over an hour. I could never recommend buying from KFC Traduna Mall if you are going to choose a delivery option. And I ended up not even getting my food.

No social distancing observed. This outlet was overcrowded. Definitely unhygienic. Teach your staff to be honest with waiting period. If I ask how long will I wait for my order, 10min must be 10min or less not otherwise, there's a reason we ask. Dishonesty is also disrespectful.
