Kfc Heugh Road - Port Elizabeth

Eating is nice, personal friendly, but when ordering from inside are relaxed to visit customers. I visit the restaurant in average twice a week and they never have tomato sauce/ketchup. they use funny funny psychological tricks when I specifically ask for sauce by throwing salt into the pack, even if I don't sound like salt after ketchup and ketchup.

Food was absolutely terrible. The chips were extremely dry and crispy. I did not receive any gravy in my mash and gravy. This is unacceptable and dissapointing. I will not be supporting the store anymore.

If you are hungry don't try to buy food here but you have to wait forever for your food in drive thru. (Drive thru) you have to wait in qiue for long before you pay and still go wait for additional minutes befor you food come meet you in car.. and if you order by Delivery it take forever to come to you but you will track the driver and see it in the shop this is very bad and the staff will collect your for to rate the restaurant good not to allow the customer to do it on their own time ... hope this will let the put more effort

Shocking and disappointing service, had to wait almost an hour and half for a delivery. After it didnt arrive I had to drive myself to go there and still had to wait to get food I had already paid online for. I won't recommend them to anyone

What an unbelievably slow unprofessional KFC. I waited for more than 30 minutes to an hour for a drive thru order. I had to rush to the airport and I almost missed my flight!!! When you order for a drive thru rather give us time options before we order so we can go to another franchise that's no KFC which can do a far more considerate and better job. So many cars waiting for orders, what a poor and pathetic service!! This KFC should just close down because it's very incompetent!!! Slow workers and poor service delivery!?
