Debonairs Pizza - Port Elizabeth

Had a great experience, good service anywhere. very energetic staff although it was late in the evening

The pizza was delish but the front staff spoiled it with their unfriendliness. The guy making the pizza was very helpful and friendly. And the chillisauce size was a dissappointment althought the taste is divine.

Debonairs Pizza Newton Park, Port Elizabeth... worse place to buy from shame!!! I literally waited for 3 hours for my pizza. The electricity even came back and I started making food for myself whilst waiting. Last time I bought from them I got plastic glass pieces in my pizza. I don’t know why they still remain in operations. They took my pizza with glasses and they said they’ll investigate and get back to me, that was 2018. I haven’t heard anything from them. The other time they told me that I lived in an area that they can’t deliver in. Although I paid delivery fees. I had to fetch my pizza and they refused to refund me the amount I paid for the delivery that they never did!!!

Staff member (and I do have her name) who assisted me, not friendly at all and very spiteful. She is definitely not a good ambassador for your famous brand and branch. But I will still support you.

Horrible service. Writing this review after the second time I have been let down. The first time I ordered they called me approximately an hour later stating that my food was on its way and that I would be receiving it shortly. After an additional hour I called only to find that my food was still in the restaurant. I had to wait yet another hour before my food arrived only to find that it wasn't even fresh. Now this evening I place my order to find out an hour after my order was placed(after they confirmed my address) that they don't deliver to my address and I must order somewhere else. The service is laughable, I will not be ordering here again
