Golden Moon Spur Steak Ranch

What an amazing experience, I would definitely come back and recommend this spur to anyone. From the manager to kitchen staff nothing but excellence is what I received. Thank you for a wonderful experience here and I especially must say I love the dancing and the enthusiastic atmosphere. Can't wait for my next visit here

Table of 5. No one to seat us at the door. Really bad service and under par food. Drinks and food were ordered all together. 3 Drinks arrived 20min later, the other 2 were served after the food a further 25 minutes later. We finished our coffees before the food arrived and not once were we offered more to drink and could not get the waiters attention long enough to order more. Despite everything being ordered at once, 3 meals arrived 45min after ordering). Only then were we told that Jelapeno Poppers were out of stock, so I duly changed to calamari. 10 Minutes later, we were told that all Jelapenos were out of stock so my sister asked to see the menu as she had ordered the Cheesy Jelapeno steak. She was told the meat was already made, so she cant change it...!!? The other 2 meals eventually arrive, Cold. The onion rings were oily and cold. The buffalo wings were hard as stone and cold. The calamari was ok, but cold. Steak was cold. There was not enough sauce spur dressing) as the bottle was finished but left on the table. And as I type this, our half eaten food was removed from the table by a runner about 10 minutes ago but no sign of the waiter to get the 'grudge bill '.

Excellent service....Onke was a superb waiter. Onion rings were a bit cold but either than that was a lovely visit!

We were served well an didnt have to wait long for our meals, the waitress was friendly an atmosphere is lovely was not noisey.we come here every forth-nite an never had a problem keep up the good service
