I often go to this place for 2 reasons they will always find their offers best to my know in contrast to the load in lougheed mall, which told me that she could not give me a dipped cone after my deal and I had a similar question with the dq in coquitlam center. I reached and asked why to customer service and received a unsatisfactory response to some of the shops were not equipped to do this, so I went to mcdonald’s and got my ice and also bought a meal there. this place is one of the best for the service, since I have always been there someone who has served me has honored the coupons and treated with out question and me with exam service. most workers are young and full. energy. they are very customer-oriented and helpful students. I hope the manager of this load recognizes her worth and her meaning for the repetition of customers. So if I want to stretch for something sweet, that's my load. Look at her. I do not think they will regret and as for the coquitlam center dq and the lougheed mall dq. I hope the district manager emphasizes the relevance of the acceptance of coupons and deals from dq. Otherwise, it causes the customer problems that are not needed. dq should stand with their offered and coupons, like other almost food chains.

Dear dairy queen, so does the woman and our children, but wait here are terrible!. would not be a bad idea to rent a few more employees, now that the sun seems. the current do their best, but they look really stressed out and ignore customers standing on the line to order or pick food for long time

Update 2022-03-16: Thank you to the DQ management team who reached out and promised to address earlier concerns. I popped by today with a small group and our orders were quick, and service was brisk and friendly. Was glad to see the improvement! Previously reviewed: I want to like this DQ and support a local operator, but the last 3 or 4 visits have been frustrating because of long wait times, incorrect orders or ordered items made wrong. Last night, staff outnumbered customers and I still waited 22 minutes for a parfait and mini Blizzard.

The food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ice cream cakes are great! There is an appropriate size of playground for smaller kids to play, which is really nice. The place, however needs a bit cleaning as the floor and tables are sticky.
