Super Mario's Pizza - Port Colborne

Mario's was sold a few years ago, with the only change being new owners. Unfortunately, the pizza is still subpar - either overcooked or undercooked, and quite greasy. The wings are also terrible, being overly greasy as well. To make matters worse, everything is extremely overpriced. We paid $44 for a pizza and wings that were almost inedible. We placed our order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when we arrived with 5 minutes to spare, we ended up waiting another half hour. There was no apology for the delay. I regret ever recommending this place to my friends.

Our go-to pizza place in Port since we moved here 10 years ago. Consistently delicious, fair prices, and always great service.

It seems that the restaurant is more focused on hosting bands to increase their revenue than on providing good service. The server never came to ask if we wanted more drinks, which is a basic tactic for making money in a bar or restaurant. It would make more sense for the restaurant to schedule additional staff on busy band nights to ensure better service and to ultimately make more money. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. We will also be sharing our negative experience with our friends and family.

I ordered a turkey sub paid 12.99 the lettuce they put on it looked like you would of put it on a hamburger. The sub bun was beyond stale it was freezer burnt. When I called to let them know they said we well let the girl know. WOW great customer service. Perhaps they should let customer know they use frozen buns they microwave to defrost before the customer waste there money. The turkey meat they use it the slice turkey you get from Food basic the 2 pack for 5.00. I also waited a half for it. Very disappointed.Sign Misty DParking: lots
