Wendy's - Port Charlotte

We went through the drive-thru to get breakfast. I tried the French Toast Sticks. They were very good, but the server forgot to ask about a dip/topping such as syrup. I also thought that they tasted a trifle off, as if maybe the grill needed cleaning.

We went for supper yesterday and took our dog, figuring to eat outside as the pictures showed tables and umbrellas. Nothing was there, we sat on the curb outside. There were only 2 people ahead of me in line, one only getting a frosty. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order. Afterwards I went in the restroom. It was disgusting even though there were no customers inside at that time and the staff standing around doing nothing. This place needs a good manager to crack down on the lazy staff. We won't be back

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap after I was told by the server, they no longer have grilled chicken sandwiches, which was always great. I was very disappointed with the wrap. It was a large wrap with very little chicken, lettuce or cheese. I would recommend reinstituting the grilled chicken sandwich or adding more food into the wrap.

Food was Luke warm even the cheese wasn't melted, service was terrible from the moment they took my order and after all of this and spending 23 dollarsStill managed to forget 2

It sucks bro the staff here are always super rude and the food is always either not right or cold
