Vince's Dial-a-pizza - Port Augusta

Rant! vinces pizza i spent $55 on this or. pizza ordered tonight by vinces pizza. I order 2x family size 1/2 hawaiian, 1/2 pfefferoni and a meat lover. when I ordered pizza on the phone for delivery, the person who answered the phone was very hurried and short with me when I said I would like to pay over the phone she said: "I will hang you up again and hang you up. I got a call from another person who was very quiet and polite, they ended my payment. our pizza is delivered and I have 1/2 meat lover 1/2 pfefferoni, and a fully Hawaiian. no big thing. I call to advise the load. the answer was: 'what pizza you will give back, and what you want me to do that?' (like rude and short) I said: 'I give you half hawaiian and you give me meat lover?' answer; 'how much you eat? if you eat, I don't exchange, you bring it, I see how much you eat, 'I'll get back. 'if you eat, I can't refund;' 'cause it doesn't seem fair? how about I return the pizza for a refund? answer; 'I send my driver, get pizza her back, I see how much they eat, then I'll give her to the phone on me. I was missed with the kind and wise how this was handled, the answer. I was polite when I turned back, I understand that mistakes happen so it wasn't a big thing. but I could not even begin to understand the customer service of this person, as it was rude, aggressive and attacking. I want to know who the owner is so that I can bring this to more attention, as we will never buy pizza from there again, we advise friend and family of it.

Worst pizza ever! Overpriced, lack 9f topping and cardboard flavoured base. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Worst Food I have ever ever tasted, this place should be shut down. pizza base like salada biscuit canned toppings...Wife had lasagna, seemed it was frozen and defrosted many times pasta of lasagna soggy, and cheap shredded imitation ham used... Yuk Yuk Yuk !!

Absolutely vile food and service. Sloppy pasta and rude staff. Tastes and looks of tins of cheap pre chopped tomato from a supermarket and badly cooked pasta mixed with yesterday's leftovers.Better to eat at McDonald's across the road, or out of the gutter.Don't go unless you wish to be ripped off and dissapointed.Just appalling all round.

Was a little disappointed in my order, we had the vegetarian and it had literally almost no cheese just vegetarian toppings and very little at that. Also ordered the garlic bread and it was only like warm and stale ????????????????
