Irie's Island Food - Port Aransas

So few vegan options in port aransas! irie can help them “veganize” some of the menu items. she knows her things! eating was great. fun vibe, and seems to be popular with locals. irie knows many names. but it could wait. but worth it. I'm back!

They are made of the spring rolls that are vegetarian. The beach bum tacos are not on the menu, but you can order them as a special request. What I did waited for a very long time for them just to get them on the flour tortillas instead of corn as ordered. The flour tortillas are made with lard. Next time I will go to Stripes and a bag of Fritos and Beans Dip.

The woman we ordered did not know that the menu, she said a thing “is quite vegan”... What does that even mean?! The carnivores were also unimpressed.

Great little space for something else. Good choices in the menu. The staff looked after how we made our food and it came perfect. The quality and quantity were excellent. There are interior and exterior seats, both very comfortable and welcoming. If you are in Port A, this place is a must! We really enjoyed it and will be back!
