Wendy's - Port Allen

This new wendy's on lobdell exit sucks chilly had hard look like white beans. Fries were cold lot of burnt ones. Large fries was half filled. Patties over cooked. I'll never go back. I would not give it one star but I had too to post this.

Have been here several times since they have opened. They always run out of salads. Then you wait so long for food, drinks are premade so they are watered down. They don't even tell you why the food is taking so long. None of them wear masks or gloves. I won't come back.

Horrible customer service at night cashiers hanging out the window, rude , wait very long for a 4 for 4 Been here 3 times since they opened and each time food was wrong or customer service was HORRIBLE ??

Hamburger and nuggets were like it had been made long ago. Cold and dry. Nothing freshly made about it. Waste of money and time on my lunch break.

I arrived for lunch to start went through drive thru getting to next customer order 3 stack burger mayo and ket up and potatoe I go down rd stick my hand in bag no potatoe I get cold fries and single stack with EVERYTHING I stopped by asking manager she no receipt I said OK You can give me triple stack large frie 4 piece nugget and drink Get down rd no nugget in bag
