Cc's Coffee Port Allen - Port Allen

I ordered a grande Caramel Latte and a hazelnut croissant and when I got to the window, the barista noticed I was slapping my face a few times and could tell I was sleep deprived (which I was), so to help me get through the rest of my drive, she made my order with an extra shot of caffeine on the house. It really made my day

Was working in the Port Allen area the entire week and probably spent $150 in this place hahaha.Wife and I came in and got our favorite coffees each morning and usually came back within 2 hours for refills.I would much prefer this over any Star you know who any day.The staff made it even better, especially when they heard that we owned I drive through coffee shop over in Texas...I will definitely stop at other CC's locations now that I know the Americano is very good.

The customer service was amazing she was really nice and really hot.

This was terrible… we go inside because the drive thru line is way long. I can understand low on staff but they wasn’t the problem. Courtesy and respect was not present. We ordered our 2 drinks and 2 foods . Sit down, got one drink, we sat some more…. got one food. People coming in, they nicely serving them sending them out the door. Still sitting, more people coming in. Hey we are nice people, I actually gave them a tip. I mentioned after the 3rd person walked out the door, where is our herbal tea and sandwich. I will say, after 25 minutes this is the sandwich they gave us. A veggie egg bite, not a regular egg on a bacon egg and cheese Croissant. I will not go back- Pray for this company! So wrong

My wife loves getting her coffee here. I like medium roast coffee. The workers are super nice here and prepare your order quickly.
