This place just charged my son $2 for using my credit card.... I will be skipping this place for now on....I appreciate you getting back, I thought something was wrong, which is why I wrote the review.... don't worry about it, just wanted to bring it to your attention...

Undercooked, doughy and I had pepper stems in my pizza. I mean like literally chunks of wood in it. 50 dollars after tax and tips for a single pizza that was straight up inedible. I tried to pick it out but the way they make pizzas it was baked into the toppings and cheese. So bad. Edit: uhh no, can you please make pizza that isn't disgusting and inedible? Why is it my job to provide myself with customer service. You guys put wood chips in my 50 dollar pizza and you're asking me to do you a favor for your customer service reps? Nah you guys are out of my pizza list permanently, that food was horrid. Worst pizza in port alberni hands down. I appricate the copy and pasted automated response though. Just kidding, I don't
