Bidra med feedbackI visited the worst kebab shop in Porsgrunn and was shocked by the dressing, which seemed to be made from 5 dl of thousand island dressing and 5 liters of water. My friends thought their meals were okay. However, the staff seemed to be having a bad day, as the customer service was poor. It took 20-30 minutes to make 3 kebab plates, which seemed excessive. Additionally, they did not even provide pita bread. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is very good, but the overall experience is slightly marred by poor customer service. It takes too long for the staff to take the next customer's order, which can be frustrating. During my visit on 06/07/19, another couple and I had already ordered when another couple arrived shortly after us. The customers became frustrated when their order was not taken promptly, causing them to leave and eat elsewhere. This kind of service is unacceptable and definitely detracts from the dining experience.
I don't see how they can claim to have the best kebab in town. Everything tastes like it's straight out of a can. The restaurant has a spacious layout and decent grilling, but I can't justify paying 20 extra krones to eat here when there's a better option across the street.
The man who worked there really didn't know Norwegian, had to repeat the order almost 10 times. The meat was overcooked and the dressing was poor. Won't be coming back here again.
