Mortimer's Roadhouse - Poplar Grove

I absolutely love Mort's! The staff is awesome, remembers my drink, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. I watched once when a lady was with someone who seemed like they were on the path to becoming abusive and the owner carefully let her know that she was safe here and just needed to signal if/when she needed help. I feel like this is a real life Cheers and always look forward to ending my Friday nights here.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is great! Friday fish fry is awesome! Bartenders are terrific!

The beer cheese n pretzels were great the burgers were huge but not a fan of the Mort Burger.

Excellent family friendly location. Great food and service. Super friendly staff.
