Cugini's Pizza - Poolesville

The pizza and subs are good, but the cheesesteak was a bit dry. Overall, it's an excellent place.

I then explained to the staff that my husband hadn’t received the pizza. When I went back, they handed me a pizza and cheesy bread that had been sitting there cold, even though they had said on the phone that it was fresh and hot. They even accused me of being mistaken, which was frustrating. A decent restaurant would have apologized and either comped the order or rectified the situation, especially for a new customer in the neighborhood. The pizza itself was terrible—very little cheese and, as I mentioned, everything was cold. I will never return to Cugini; it was completely disorganized and chaotic!
