Pooler Seafood - Pooler

Just stopped in there to grab three dinner plates. We got two with crab legs $11.99 $13 each) and the other just a plain low county boil $11.99) . $70 spent for over cooked and rubbery food. I assumed the crab leg portion would only be a cluster, which was fine. The clusters were the smallest and skimpiest crab legs I have ever seen in my life. We barely got any meat from the legs as they were also over cooked. Very disappointed in the experience.

The food is good and the people are nice. It stays pretty busy so I don't blame them for being short.

I liked the crab cakes so much that was what I wanted for my birthday this year and boy was I disappointed it was mostly all bread and tiny pieces of IMITATION CRAB I don’t know why you changed the recipe but I won’t be back and to think that I just referred someone there because of the crab cakes really upsets me.

Their food isn’t really that great.. no seasoning, shrimp really isn’t fresh idk if people who are saying it’s fresh have ever really ate fresh shrimp because this isn’t it, sausage is over cooked, corn was good after I seasoned it same with potatoes.

They charge a fee for using credit cards. I used to go there at least once per week before this change. Now I only go maybe once every other month. Awkward parking situation. One of the girls up front appear to have an attitude sometimes and I think it's rude to speak English to customer and then immediately switch over to another language when speaking to coworker. It gives the appearance that they may be discussing something negative.
