Bidra med feedbackWhat a great find! We drove north of Florida and stayed overnight in a hotel from I-95 at Savannah Airport. We wanted to find a place for dinner that wasn't a big chain. Mediterranean Tavern was better than we ever imagined. The Greek salad was very large - a simple part. For dinner I had an excellent lamb with vegetables and my wife had baked chicken. We are great fans of Greek food and that was excellent.
Stopped in for Dinner an had a great meal. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Its nice eating at a family owned restaurant as opposed to a chain. the Owners were present and very attentive to the customers. The humus was very tasty. The Chicken kebabs were great and the selection of desserts was impressive. If your looking for Greek food in Pooler this is the place to go.
I had lunch here on Saturday and the Greek salad was the best I've ever had. It was incredibly fresh and the portion size was just right. The manager (or was it the owner?) came by to check on us and ensure we were happy with our experience. Great job!
I placed a takeout order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived right on time, and my food was just finished—perfect timing! I ordered the falafel wrap and a Greek salad, and both were excellent. Unfortunately, the place was completely empty, which is a pity because it's a lovely restaurant with a good-sized bar area. The food was really tasty and quite reasonably priced.
It was my first time dining here, and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. My only complaint is that the appetizer arrived alongside my main course. Given the portion sizes, I found myself wishing I hadn't ridden my motorcycle, as the extra food was hard to manage.
