Excellent place !!! Only Manager totaly Ann professional Hi told me I cannot be served because, ,,Two days ago when you was in the pub you was aggressive ' ' EXCUSE ME !!!! Is totally not true !!!!! When I 'm go there usually I take pint of cider or 2 that 's all.Bbecause. The Churchill is on my way to home . This Pub has monitoring, Why Manager do not check records !!??? I am extremely SHOCKED that I was treated like this by the manager. THANK YOU!!!!

A local family pub for local people. I 've recently moved into the area, so I 'm checking out my 'close to home ' pubs. I had a half of Guinness chose a quite spot to sit and just enjoy the atmosphere. It was a Friday night, there was a DJ, lights, a broad range of age groups. I 'll go back

Called in for a quick pint at lunchtime. Friendly staff, great service. Enjoyed my beer, clean environment, will be back. Tried the new Corned Beef pie today, will try again without the gravy. I do have to say though, standards do appear to have dropped here over the last couple of months, in terms of customer service and closing early on a Saturday night which was a different occasion to already reviewed.

Pop in yesterday for lunch,Absolutely disgusting, ordered a substitute meal currys were off the meal was rice streps of chicken with a sauce ,I paid for extra rice where it was I don't no. the sauce was a gravy thick slop, it was reported the girl wasn't impressed was offered..a dessert

Food is OK but a little expensive. Don't buy any soft drinks, really expensive and not even a full glass was charged £2.70 for a large coke as am designated driver and this is what I got, when I asked for it to be topped up was told that it's the standard measure from the pump and would have to charge me again. I may not have been drinking but I still left pi$$ed
