Compton Acres Cafe - Poole

Lovely cafe in a beautiful setting. There are vegan options on the menu e.g vegan Vegetable dish. But I had called ahead and ordered a vegan afternoon tea which was delicious! 3 types of scones, 4 different flavour sandwiches and 2 cakes. All tasty and fresh. Very pleased, as having searched for afternoon tea in Bournemouth/Poole there are not many options.

A wonderful, charming and welcoming entrance to the beautiful compton acres gardens. the caffe and the teestubes are sweet, open and casual eat in the bakery, which serves hot and cold dips. the choice of dressing are simple like suppening, fish and chips, quiche and salat and sandwiches. they have a huge selection of cakes and drinks. they also sell made to order cake from the selection they sell and extremely cheap prices. we ordered a signature karamell skyberry 9 cakes for £35 with custom message on. beautiful for improvisation.

I love the rest of this place. in the heart of a large tourist center, compton acres offers a surprisingly peaceful opportunity to relax and to hike beautiful and perfectly well maintained gardens. Forest areas, a formal Italian garden, Japanese garden and well landscaped pond streams make this all a great afternoon. highly recommended.

Very busy but very nice coffee and avocado cake. Quite expensive but as we went on a Tuesday during August, we were able to take advantage of The Eat Out To Help Out scheme!
