Bidra med feedbackIt took 30 minutes to receive our first drink, and about 45 minutes to place our food order. The food was mediocre at best, with my pizza being dry and only topped with pepperoni. After finishing our meal, our plates sat on the table for an hour before we decided to ask for the bill due to the slow service. Despite waiting over 45 minutes for a second round of drinks, the staff seemed indifferent and disorganized. The overall experience was chaotic and unprofessional, making it the worst restaurant experience I've had in many years. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs, especially when on holiday.
Our first visit since it reopened as Lazy Jacks was on a Saturday evening. The place was buzzing with a much younger vibe than before and great new decor. It was warm so we sat out on the deck. Pizzas were excellent. The wait staff were great but my only criticism would be they were a bit run off their feet and could do with some help. As a result service was a little slower than it should be
This place made our recent holiday to Sandbanks. The weather was not in our favour but we stumbled across Lazy Jacks and loved it. The name is apt because the place has a relaxed feel but it's also a destination with a buzzy atmosphere. Somewhere we wanted to be. The food was excellent (superb fish and chips! and our experience was really made by the wonderful Emma, who looked after us beautifully. Thank you!
The restaurant is no longer the peaceful and serene place it once was. It was loud and disorganized. We waited 90 minutes for our food only to be told that they were out of fish and chips. We left feeling very let down.
Lazy Jacks is a refreshed restaurant located in a boat yard. Great decor with good food and wine options and sea glimpses. Like most restaurants they are clearly struggling with staff to provide a service standard reflected in the price of their food and drinks.
