Nice staff, good service and good food. pity that I only visited pontypool and would not live near as I would make my visit regularly.

Great value and good food. Love what the staff do for good causes too. Recommended after (or before) a long walk along the towpath as the best coffee around.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy coffee and toast during our canal walk. Be sure to check the opening hours, as they are not open every day. This was one of many return visits, though there was no water in the basin due to maintenance work. The café is still open, and there’s an interesting view to enjoy.

This morning, we chose to visit this hidden gem by the canal. It's a boat cafe, and I can honestly say it's the best breakfast I've ever had. You absolutely have to try her homemade walnut cake as well!
