I had the pleasure of dining at Albis for the first time this afternoon and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible! The surf and turf dish featured an 8oz steak cooked to perfection, alongside the most delicious tiger prawns I have ever had. The service was fantastic, highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Albis! The food served at this restaurant was incorrect and seemed like they were unfamiliar with their own menu. I ordered a steak and added the surf and turf for an extra £5, but only received 2 prawns on my plate. When I mentioned that there should be more, they brought me 4 cod bites, one less than expected, and something else that I never received. The 10 oz rump steak I ordered was undercooked and barely warm in the middle, with half of it being tough fat and gristle that I couldn't even cut through. After sending it back, they just reheated it and sent it out again. I felt unwell after eating the meal and do not plan on returning. The dinner cost between £40-50 per person. The food quality was rated 1, service 2, and atmosphere 2.

I had an absolutely amazing meal at this restaurant! I am very particular about my steak, but the owner explained how he would cook it and it turned out to be the tastiest and nicest steak I have ever had. I also loved the cauliflower wings, which were full of flavor. The hot, homemade chips were perfect as well. I cannot fault anything about this place!
