Bidra med feedbackReopened recently and with a new and young management was a pleasant surprise. Renovated premises and excellent family cuisine. Great value for money. We'll come back without a doubt.
Knowing the arrival of a new cook last month, with my wife we decided to go Saturday to dinner. Fresh and renovated premises, very clean. Perhaps simple service, for those who like me worked several years in the hotel industry and is no longer a boy (think of a long sleeve shirt), but courtesy and helpfulness were at the top and went all very well. Paper menu with four choices of appetizers, first, second and dessert. Available fish, meat and vegetables, we opted for tagliatelle with Sicilian pesto, a cuzzetto of cuttlefish and tentacles of octopus on potato crouto. A beautiful surprise: light and well-balanced cuisine, well-harmonised flavors, well-presented dishes: a good chef! It is price definitely suitable for what is offered, 57 Euro with water and unused wine. To recommend urbi et orbi.
Passing to Pontinvrea, being closed the habitual bar, we stopped in this place with new name and therefore new management. Long waiting times and rather poor service. The price quality ratio is really low.
After the umpteenth change of management we went to this place after the reopening and, although the service is in line with the usual standard, we noticed with regret that, perhaps thinking of passing tourists, the prices exposed do not correspond to how much you really pay. The advice is to be careful
After having seen the reopening of the local historian, through social media, I happened to dinner......after having noticed a little cured room I ordered two seconds with contour; they bring me roasted with frozen prefried chips, cooked in questionable oil; roasted just eatable because quality meat but cooked in my opinion several times; the excellent wine but the rest to be reviewed.... certainly not from me.
