I paid then when I asked for the receipt because I had seen him throw it away in the garbage. He then got upset, put his hands on his head, asked me for my card back, and said he accidentally charged me for someone else's stuff. So then I got the receipt for my stuff and he decided to say that everything was good he fixed it when I looked at my bank statements it was clear that he overcharged me then he gave me money back on my card that was not the amount that he charged me and then he charged me for the alleged price that was correct. I contacted the corporate office, and they said that they would have their manager get a hold of me. The manager contacted me and said oh so I'll give you a free donut. Wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. I contacted corporations again, and they never got back to me.

Worst experience ever I had today, they don’t even know how to toast the beagle it was like eating raw chicken.No worth of money not suggesting to go here. It’s my fault that I decided to went there.

Stale donuts! This is the second time at this location and I am not sure donuts are made fresh daily. The selection is very limited and staff is unfriendly.

This is the only coffee place by us. We came to this location twice and got pup cups for dogs. Came again and was told “we don’t do them” “it wasn’t at. This location” was our response: we would have gladly paid for a dallop of whip cream. The guy was rude. When I said we would no longer be coming to this location bc he’s rude, he shrugged at me. Horrible customer service

Fast service, friendly help. Nice place to sit inside and relax or visit. Charging ports for phones is a bonus.
