Pizzeria Trattoria Da Da' - Ponterosso

Very nice pizzeria with out-of-the-ordinary doughs: ancient grains, whole wheat, gluten free, with seeds, and much more. They also have lactose-free mozzarella and vegan mozzarella. The taste of the overall pizza is very good, not the best you can find, but if you think that you’re trying very different doughs it’s totally worth it. The only miss of the menu for me is the vegan mozzarella. There are much better vegan alternatives and the one used is not of good quality. All the rest of the ingredients are perfect. What’s even better is the price, despite the novelty of the dough, it’s very affordable with a full Margherita for just 5€. Excellent pizzeria, I found the idea of being able to choose various doughs very nice, including a celiac dough for my friend who is gluten intolerant. The pizza is very tasty, the seafood one is excellent. Very friendly and kind staff. Truly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
