Largo 2 De Marco - Ponta Delgada

Sometimes one walks in a joint without expectations. After four lunches in ten days I can say this probably one of the best eateries on the island. Nothing gastro, but plain, simple, good food, that's so hard to find in general. Extremely cheap (8€ for a drink, soup, main course (four to chose) and a coffee), but spot on. Every soup tasty, veal, beef and fish cooked to perfection, and complementary veggies with a bite accompanied with pilav rice and/or fries. Friendly and fast service. Top. Thank you....

We went 5 times in 10 days and not without reason. Everything was cooked to perfection. Simple basic food but flawless. Very good service tight and fast and Benedicto was our perfect host. The swordfish was outstanding ! We will be back.
