Bidra med feedbackI would like to give advice to the cook when you write on the menu : fried of paranza,it must be,because the true fried of paranza is made with all the fish : from anchovies, merluzzetti (ecc. ,pesciolini that do not exceed the 7 cm long, practically those that remain carved in the net and I assure you that on the market finds them fresh. There are no squid and shrimp, otherwise it is a mixed fried. I assure you that in Sicily the fried of paranza is what I described her. Otherwise you are likely to make bad shape and not good publicity for your local.
I've been to dinner at this restaurant with two friends and I have to say that we found ourselves really bad. First of all, the cold in the room, I had to borrow a wool scarf to put on my shoulders and, despite this, it froze. In a chair, a hot air filler had been placed, which would not have heated even a closet. Passing to the food, we took a bunch of mussels that, to be honest it was not so bad, apart from the pepper, definitely excessive, the other appetizer was a salad of cuttlefish and fennels, to which lacked the fennels, moreover to the listrelles of cuttlefish had been added of the surimi (unacceptable in a restaurant that boasts to serve very fresh fish!!! . Passing to the first dishes, my two friends took fish lasagna, arrived in a dish where only tomato was seen, the pasta was stracotta, the fish nonexistent. My fresh tuna spaghetti and shrimp would also be decent, it wasn't for tuna, definitely not cool. Evening absolutely to forget!!!
The appetizers are abundant; The sea salad is wonderful to see for its presentation; The first dishes are served in padellini, and the portions are abundant. The second dishes are presented on the tray (1 portion per tray). Desserts are from the house... Fresh, light, and very good!!! Recommended for everyone: with family, with friends...
I'm from Pont and I never got tempted by this restaurant....Error! They just reopened it by treating only fish. I look at the website and strikes me the simplicity, but at the same time the great desire to try to offer something different in a land that traditionally offers nothing sea. We arrive very punctual and are welcomed impeccably. Smile and courtesy. The place is not large, but furnished in maritime style and with a large fresco. The furniture is spartan as it fits a real fish tractor. The menu would perhaps need to be better presented in voice and as often happens we rely on instinct. They do not have a wine card, but they offer the possibility of different labels at the price of ten euros per one. The dishes served really well are great. When I go to these restaurants I like to find the defect that inficiates the judgment and in the end I found it....poco reported and a little dark the entrance!!! !
I found myself very well, first of all the fish I found it fresh and very good and especially particular, the price quality is excellent, the exquisite courtesy and that to say a warm and simple environment just the ancient trattoria What I was looking for abundant and good courses
