It is clear that these two young professionals, one at the service, the other at the stove, deserve to be encouraged. Some research, a desire to taste local products. For our part, we found the kitchen a little too alambicated, at the risk of putting in the second plane the flagship product of the plate. This is the risk of culinary research.
