I had last been here 8-9 years back, and this place was decently good. So this time I remember about this hotel when we were searching for a hotel nearby a place which had our visit scheduled for. I had called up 1 day prior and booked 2 non A/c rooms, at that time I was nor informed neither asked for an advance amount. I reached the place next day only to find out that there was only one room alloted and the person who wrote it down was not available or was just a fictional character. Somehow after getting denied for another room that they claimed was booked, later alloted me a shabby old room which didn't have a toilet seat (which they installed later after constant nagging) the balcony door was missing almost 2 inches across the width of the door. Only later that night to find out that the rooms which the front desk stated that was already booked were given to their owners friends for party that night. The second room which was allotted to me had tv but didn't work as there was no cable, had a phone line but not the phone, the room didn't even have a menu.. as per the rule a room should be provided with two bottles of water per day free of cost was also not provided, whereas the last time I visited they used to provide the same. Well the 2 plus point was the food in their resturant was excellent and the other room provided was decently clean and habitable. Hope they correct themselves soon.
