Burger King - Ponca City

This place is normally great. Tonight was much less. Came in for dinner with my husband, my sandwich was sad, had no lettuce or mayo, the tomatoes on it were green. Besides my food it was the emplyees. People cursing customers out without a mic on so they wont hear them. And making fun of customera at the drive through for taking so long to order. I get working this job sucks but atleast keep it to yourself. Its sad to hear and it and makes people inside uncomfortable to think they talk about u in here. Just really unprofessional and rude out loud. Even people threatening to assult customers with other emplyee without the mic for drive through. Idk what happened to this place tbh but the night crew is not it

I will say this is the best Burger King I have ever been to. The food is always fresh, the staff is absolutely amazing, and I've never had 1 issue going there I've been going there for years! Love this store!

Floors were slick, the place looked dirty, and the food was just thrown
