This was our third stay at the property. booking from the site (after consulting via email the reception) easy and fast. the welcoming environment, the family atmosphere, the location on the central street, the good kitchen, the cleanliness of rooms and common spaces and the friendliness of the staff are the things that will make the hotel win our first choice for future folk stays. wanting to provide some suggestions oando some extra character than the boxes below: maybe because of the summer or for energy saving, the heating of the room did not work (when the thermostat was activated, the radiators did not leave. ) this has created some discomfort during the showers as the bathroom was frigid (especially for the washing of the child of 19 months) I recommend to increase the amount (number of pieces) of each dessert or to put them in the courses to be ordered in the previous evening. all evenings (ending to dine among the last ones) we have seen pass in front of the very inviting desserts but that we could not taste because exhausted (they remained only ice cream, fresh fruit or salad. ) maybe I'm wrong, but the salad seemed to me packed and mesmerized and not fresh fruit, as I would have expected. I suggest to improve the speed of service in the room. It often happened that we had to sit at the table even 10 minutes before a waiter arrived to ask us to bring the appetizer or even just to bring us water. If for a couple of adults this does not constitute a problem, keeping a small child sitting without feeding them or drinking can become complicated. the trekking stroller was very useful and was of excellent workmanship, but it was extremely dirty and had multiple crumbs, land and mud covered on the seat. I suggest a quick pass of vacuum cleaner and detergent/disinfecting to return the medium. what was noted above did not affect our overall assessment of the holiday, they just wanted to be ideas of reflections/intervention. to this winter for a new stay!

Excellent hotel, 20 meters from the beginning of the center of the country, very young staff efficient and friendly. the hotel has 2 outdoor parking and one inside. spacious and well clean rooms. unfortunately our stay was only for 2 nights. recommended for a relaxing time hotel has a nice spa and the village is very nice and the walk in the center is practically flat great for strolling even for elderly people or with difficulty the ideal place for long walks both on foot and in mtb

Excellent structure, well positioned at the beginning of the center of fogaria. very clean, with a good choice for food. the staff is friendly and helpful, although the service in the room was a little lacking (long runs, maybe lacked a little staff but was also full August. ) some incomprehension on the final account then resolved (we had been charged lunches never enjoyed being half boarded,) so maybe it would be a little reviewed the communication between room and reception. we had with us our dog and the room where we stayed was great (there was also a carpet and the bowl for the dog.) to add also that the bed was very comfortable, the cozy room (we also had the balcony) and very well isolated acoustically from the outside and the neighboring rooms. We'll definitely come back.
