Worst service, always forgets articles... asked to constantly pull in the drive thru to not blow their times, but take forever when not on the watch and still forget article

Messed up my order literally 3 times thru drive thru. Not the first time either. Ridiculous. too bad it's my only near taco bell. Manager is lacking customer service big time as well as manners. This taco bell needs a whole new team period.
