Bidra med feedbackThe lines can be quite large, but they take care of everyone. I'm just waiting for some fresh food. This place never told me they ran out of stuff. Why I give them 5 stars. I'd rather wait 10 minutes for fresh food when they tell us they're out because they don't want to cook it. Stop the good job
Considering how busy this location is, the staff is exceptional. I know many reviews say that they are rude and Jack customer service, but it is a quick step location and I really think that they do a good job to get people in and out. Every time I go the line, the door is. Come on, you know what you want and you? I'll be in and out. The food is as expected, I always get the bowl with roasted rice and orange chicken, never too far from it. They also supplement their food very quickly. I have no complaints; people should know what they get when they come to order. Maybe that helps her experience, but everything in everything, It?s fast food.
Jay Taiga are such souls! Great customer service and so friendly! They also hung us with a big portion! Definitely worth the trip!???????
Better than other places related to food. Not sure what's wrong with her AC. The process must be improved.
I ordered for delivery, selected the entree I wanted but when my order got delivered there was a message on my receipt that said SORRY NO MORE. I would have like the courtesy of a phone call to ask me what entree would I like to substitute for since there was no more of the one I ordered, instead I received something I DO NOT eat. I also got fried rice and veggies, but chow mein was everywhere in my plate as If I ordered chow mein. Unacceptable, my phone number was on the receipt. Do Better just Do Better.
