Mcdonald's - Pompano Beach

After all the coded restrictions have been lifted, I was told this morning that I can't come in the dining room to place an order until 8:00 even though the shield says open at 5:00 I was there at 6:30. As a tractor trailer, I can't go through so I couldn't get breakfast there.

As far as McDonal goes this place is above average!! I have fast food maybe once a month, probably more rare. These McDonalds has friendly staff, there are always hot and fresh frits, the service is better and friendly than I? ve was in fine food, and the price is hard to beat!! Overall, this is one of the best McDonalds has to offer and it is five blocks from me!! Yes!

Customer service is TRASSSHH!!! Waiting for thru is always 15 minutes or more. I'm just in the drive she now and it took me 13 minutes, even able to get my order and another 10 just to get my order, not to mention the customer service team members are super rude and tend to frequently get your orders without as much as an excuse.

Only the problem was to wait for 20 minutes (with my food getting cold inside). If you use the McDonald's app, I have selected the collection of locks. After the 20 minutes, without information, I went through the Drive-Thru, where I was informed that they did not curbside pickup, after dark... I know why when I went back to a parking lot to store my order, a random thin woman knocked on my window to ask for money... or food. I have a cheeseburger as I had ordered. That's when she looked at the ice cone, I said she wanted me to have cream, I got her what was left of my blanket that she left. Anyway, I think I should have said that my food was ready, but, wanting EVER to go to me despite it being an option in the app. Better communication less cold burgers!

You don't go to McDonalds expecting more then McDonalds. You are taking a gamble when you choose McDonalds, with this location you definitely are making a bad bet. Staff is so rude and seemingly does not want to be there. Our cashier made a habit of and rolling her eyes when we asked for things like straws or our drinks, which I understand is a big ask. Buns on the burgers were stale. Go up the street and visit any of the other fast food restaurants if that is what you are in the mood for. Definitely skip this store.
